It is also known as the sleep hormone. It also reduces the stress level that ensures an anxiety-free sleep. sun rays contain such elements that increase that hormone, which is very essential for us.

  • It Elevates Mood: Dr. Michael Roizen says, "The sun works through a number of receptors in the brain to affect our mental status and alertness." Sun exposures help to improve your mood by boosting the level of serotonin, also known as the happiness hormone. Sunlight also helps to decrease the level of depressions and anxiety, which lets you live happily.

  • It Lowers Blood Pressure: A survey shows that nearly 20% of people on earth suffer from high blood pressure. According to a recent study at Edinburgh University,  Sun's   UV rays can become the cause of a significant drop in blood pressure, by reducing blood pressure, it also eradicates the chances of heart attacks and strokes.
